Why are we called Zedonk?
In case you’re wondering, a zedonk (also known as a “zeedonk”) is a zebra-donkey hybrid. And after combining fashion with technology, we consider ourselves a hybrid in a way, which is why we’re called Zedonk!

How does the Zedonk demo work?
Our demo is free of charge and done live via screen-share. Our team will have a chat with you beforehand and tailor your demo specifically to cover your needs. What is your subscription plan?
Zedonk prices start from as little as £1900 per year. Zedonk’s unique modular structure is designed to intuitively scale as you scale, so we’ll always help find the plan that suits you and your business needs best.
What support and training do you offer?
Full training and support is included with all of our packages and throughout your subscription. We’ll help you get up and running with on-boarding sessions and if you ever have any questions along the way, we have a live Helpdesk where you can get in touch with our Support team.
Where can I log into my Zedonk?
Your unique Zedonk credentials and server will be given to you as soon as your subscription starts. We then recommend adding your server to your bookmarks for easy access.
Is Zedonk suitable for distributors and showrooms?

Can I integrate my Zedonk with other software?

Yes, we offer easy-to-use CSV/Excel templates for importing your files to your Zedonk. This is included free of charge with all plans.
How quickly can I start using Zedonk?
As quickly as you’d like! Zedonk is hosted in the cloud for easy access wherever you are, and our Client Success team will be in touch as soon as your subscription starts to help book in your training sessions.
Where is Zedonk based? Do you accommodate for different time zones?
The Zedonk offices are based in London, but we work with businesses across the globe in over 45 different countries. We’ll always make sure to accommodate as much as we can to your timezone for demos, training, and support.
Can I use Zedonk for other products unrelated to fashion?
Absolutely! While Zedonk is foremost designed for the fashion industry, we also have clients in Lifestyle, Interior Design, and Petswear industries, among others.
